Brad, I've been riding my bike about a week and there are a few things I'm I need a bit of advice with. My hub Chris King is excellent but has bcome a bit looose, as I think it's meant to when breaking in, and now the rim and wheel has a tiny bit of shake from side to side and I need to retighten it. Also my rear rim got a very tiny, tiny bit of a rinkle in it due to going over the bars and hitting the wheel on the groud sideways so it's not exactly straight, also I need to get hold of some of that flash tack you guys use(can I buy some) as the rear rim hasn't been ground and slips back a tiny bit when piviting and causes your pedals to go a bit forward which is annoying having to reposition them for a nice balance each pivot. I would be very greatful if you may be able to have a look if we catch up during the week as I really want to keep the bike in top shape and I'm not real cluey on the mechanics side of things

Yo luke, james here, long time no see.
Hate to say it but i havent even built up my trials bike since coming to melbourne, been to busy.
Anyway, your hub needs tightening, you should be able to do it with a set of allen (hex keys), but if your really worried, go onto chrisking.com, they have great turorials on how to do it.
As for the flash tak, go into bunnings and ask for flash tac roofing tar. they sell it in a roll for about 8 bucks i think.
Anyway, having fun here, never trained as much as i am now. Catcha later!

Luke, I have a whole roll of tar, funnily enough I haven't used much of it over the past year I'll cut you a heap. I cut mine into chewing gum sized bits and store it in an empty audio cassette case. For those of you too young to remember audiocassettes, I'm sure you can find archives about them on this wiz-bang innernet thing................... Will catch up with you re frame etc soon I hope.

yere what James said on the hub. I'm not a full quid on the chris king hubs. As for your buckle, depending how bad it is, I can take it out, if more serious see a good bike shop. I go to Cyclerama, but most good shops do a good job. I'll have a look on Sat.
