Nice to see your dropping in every now and then. Hope all is well for you over there. I bet your not allowed to use that triganometry technique to much these days...  I have finally got some work coming my way, I am also now a fully qualiffied and registered gym instructure now. Got my free socks and an ID bage to prove it too. Yer james... what he said; keep us posted. Although I honestly can't see the use in learning the tricks brad suggests if you have someone to do it for you anyway.  If you've read up on the posts a little you'll know your lot's being well-used. You are not forgotten; this can clearly be seen on our midnight get-togethers over at that area when we hold hands and sing songs along the lines of Kumbaya, and Ode to James. Good to hear from you at this end too. Give Chloe a FONDLE. Good to hear your getting work brad.
Ive been reading the posts, good to see there is still trials stuff happening. I finally went for a ride on sat, just a local one, but i will go into the city with the group rides soon, just hard to find time.
A typical day for me is 5 hours training in the morning doing flexability, handstands, tumbling, trapeze and balancing. and if were lucky, in the afternoon we do either dance, movement, ballet( that sucks) or wait for it, cheerleading, or cheer xtreme as they call it over here, no i dont wear tights, no i dont use pompon's.
Anyway, if you guys ever come over here, give us a buzz.
